Great Product
We have had this water dispenser for two months so far and are very pleased with it.
What we like about it:
1. It does a great job of cooling the water; we haven't used the hot too much as it's summer time right now
2. It isn't loud when it runs to cool and heat the water and it doesn't seem to run very often which is a plus
3. It is very stable, not wobbly
4. It has a nice storage area for dry items...we use it to store all our boxes of tea so they are handy
5. Our 12 cup coffee pot fits under the spout to fill it up, we also fill our 16oz cups up and have room to spare
6. The push-in feature of the hot and cold "buttons" is nice as they don't collect grime and dust like those you
have to push down on
7. You can turn the power off for the hot and cold features as needed
8. It looks great
What we don't care for:
You can't regulate the temperature of either the hot or cold water...not sure any of the dispensers have...

Great investment!
This was purchased for my office. I have a workshop/coaching business and wanted to offer my clients good water without having to keep a supply of individual bottled water on hand. The cold water is a nice temperature. I turn the hot on only when needed and it heats quickly. This has be
en a great addition to the office/classroom.
