It's what we expected and our girl loves it
Overall it's exactly what we expected it would be, it's just a bottle fed water dispenser that happens to look like Hello Kitty. This type of device has existed for years so I imagine it would be pretty difficult to make a bad one. It's a little top heavy, but even full size water dispensers at our office are top heavy, it's the nature of the device. The pour handle was initially too stiff for our daughter to push, but after just a few uses it was easy enough, but not so easy that she could dump water everywhere, probably a good thing.

Needs support
Everything was fine with it besides the fact that the container has no support. So If it gets bumped or something and it doesn't have al lot of water it'll tip over.
great gift
My daughter collects hello kitty stuff and she absolutly loved it. The look on her face was priceless. All her friends wanted to drink from it right away.
