Great Product Even better customer service
I have had this product installed for 10 months now. It was simple to set up and even easier to use! I had a problem with the regulator going bad just last month and I didn't bother to call customer service until tonight as customer service in America has become less and less existent. After fighting to a breaking point keeping the kegs from over carb'ing I broke down and decided to give a quick call. I spoke with two people for a total of 5 minutes and they decided that the regulator was no good and have one being sent out immediately to replace it. Thank you Beverage Factory for your great service!

Cant beat it.
Nice product. It is worth the money. It is great having two beers on tap. I have had it for several months and it seems like it is made very well.
Just what you need to make the "upgrade"
I "outgrew" my single tap in my home kegerator and needed a double tap. I did a lot of research and price comparison, and this set-up was the best of all worlds at a great price (got it for ~$170 with shipping and the next closest similiar set-up was at least $20 more and came with less stuff). This was just what I needed to make the change (couplers, tower, etc.) without adding things I really didn't need since I already had a system in place(like another air tank). I did have a little bit of an issue with the regulator (it was defective) but customer service was spot on and got me a replacement regulator the next day once they found out it was defective. System is easy to set-up and within hour I was enjoying the libations of having two beers on tap instead of just one.
